How Many Repairs from each botttle of Resin?
First, let me say welcome to the forum and to the wonderful world of windshields.
As to how many repairs per bottle, first it depends on the size bottle, of course. But even then, the number of repairs depends on how you adminster the resin... I would say on average, I use 3 to 5 drops of resin per repair. This ensures a good fill without too much waste. I suppose from a half ounce of resin I would normally get up to 100 repairs. Again, it depends on how much resin is used per repair. Some chips can be done with only a drop or two. Others, such as the bullseyes and larger star breaks are thirstier.
As you become familiar with your equipment, and more skilled at evaluating each break, you will probably find yourself using less resin than what you will use as you are learning.
I wish you much success in this wonderful business.
