Jeff, way to go. Taking initiative can produce and surpass your goals and I am sure you will have continued success with your positive outlook.

The handful of agencies I have visited are interested and very receptive to windshield repair. Some were and some were not aware of the large potential for reducing the cost per auto glass claim with windshield repair. Unfortunately, I wish the insurance agents in my state (PA) were more open to sending referrals out but I keep getting hit with " We are in a position that prevents us from doing so do to the Anti-Steering Laws in our state". My question to them is...

With respect to your position, we all now that steering is an industry problem and a large, if not all, of the majority of it comes from the glass networks these insurance companies use to process their claims. If your company will not allow this to happen why would you use a glass network that is involved in such activities?

My answers vary from...I don't know, I did not know that was happening, we don't have those answers at our level, to it is out of our hands, we use these networks to avoid these claims and let the glass networks handle them per their guidelines(more or less out of site, out of mind).
