We have had trouble with some of the Pilkington DW 1341's made in Brazil. Every one Of the manufactures will have a problems now and then. Pilkington also outsourses some of its glass as does PPG especially tempered. Spec-temp and Auto Temp Industries are two of the suppliers in the US. What you need to do to find out where it is made is to check the DOT # of the glass. Glasslinks.com used to have a list of DOT #'s with the manufactures locations. I haven't tried to pull it up lately but it was there.
