I am guilty of what you mentioned. I did not know that windshield repair was an option before I started my research. I feel your fustration my friend. I constantly find myself comming from a position of having to convince the general public that this a legitimate repair practice and yes it might even be free with there comprehensive insurance. It is sometimes hard to get past this mindset and the ways that would ease the scepticisim make this hassel free experience a hassel. What is even more disturbing is the insurance agents I have talked too associate the word repair with replacement. They themselves are uneducated about windshield repair or think it is a gimmick. I will keep doing what you are doing...one person or business at a time. Stay focused, it will pay off.
