...you could get a bunch of friends relatives, and maybe even a wholesaler or two, with rock chips, give them each a card, and flood this guy with a bunch of "free" repairs. When he has had enough, have people threaten to sue, untill he has to take out another add stating he no longer does this. Just a thought. Sounds like just ignoring this guy won't work
