Your drawing hasn't been approved yet so I'm guessing as to what you're seeing. It sounds like the WS was hit in 2 spots by the same rock. I've had these. Repair the large break as usual. If you're lucky resin will flow through the large crack and into the smaller ones. Or, you'll have to treat the smaller pit as a second break (2 chip repair). Sometimes the impact points are close enough that I can swivel my bridge without removing it.
