Well for sure use the appropriate resin for the job, and yes I have found that folks don't balk as frequently when the liability issue comes to light. I find that the low pressure approach is best in any sales, THEY decide based on information. You or I provide professional opinion. Simple, they pressure them self when the knowledge is gleened in this type of pitch. So if you want to make the sale it is appropriate to address the structural integrety issue. Repair restores the strength of the payne. I hope I am being clear this time
