I personally gaurantee all work I preform. As a professional, I evaluate the damage and if I feel the repair will hold I gauantee it. If I feel it wont then I wont do the repair, otherwise that might be considered unethical on some level RIGHT? That is just me though. To each there own.
I would like to here how you sell a customer without a warranty for one type of job and offer a warranty on another when the same equipment and materials will be used. If I put myself in the customers shoes here, it would raise a red flag for me.
I completely understand the reasons you may not like to offer warranty for cracks but are'nt those the very reasons you should decline the job? Safety, Saftey, Safety. What does it say to the customer in the end about you?
