His fancy trailer full of other equipment sits parked at his house 90% of the time while he does the FREE WINDSHIELD REPAIR tent thing. Not hard to figure out how successful the other aspects of his business are. He could have saved himself about $40,000 and just bought himself a windshield repair kit and a tent! By the time he pays MARS his franchise royalties, tent rental, etc. he can't be making enough to cover his big initial investment.

I would bet its his lack of sales ability that puts him in a tent "waiting " on a customer to stumble in.That trailer he has is a money maker but the hard part is that you have to sell it to dealerships etc.The people that are alot of times in these franchise type situations come from a very different background and are taking advantage of in some ways .They see $$$$$easy money ,pie in the sky and are sick of the 9-5 drudge kissing your boss on the ass and scared for your future and are easily lured .If you cant sell you will not make it in this business.I worked in automotive industry most of my adult life and even with a solid sales and tech foundation it was still hard to get established.I can,t imagin someone green to this industry starting out.In 4 weeks they try to teach you paint work,P.D.R,w/shield repair,Interior repair, pinstriping, odor removal,on and on.All it do's is make them incompetent in all fields and $50,000 in debt.. So it's natural to do something thats easy and profitable like W/shield repair.I put together a fulling stocked and functioning recon trailer like they sell that will do anything they do for less than $5,000(bought most all of it from failed franchisies)I have the best of everything
their moneyLOL could buy.
