Default Re: processing insurance claims

I use edirect. Super easy to use one stop EDI'ing for me with Lynx, SGC & Harmon. 1 network referral and it is more than paid for. Even if you get no referrals, it is still a business write off.

In addition I believe you can submit invoices right on most networks websites now and it is free that route. As far as EFT, I do not believe you have to do it that way but they may charge you a fee for the paper checks. I get charged 30 some cents when doing SGC invoices since I still like paper. Have not seen mandatory EFT with Lynx yet. I have seen Lynx charges of 7.50 if they have to assist with an invoice. Ex. VIN entry problems that require a manual overide.

Determine your needs and pick the one that fits best.
