If you are considering the EDI mailbox codes for direct billing, I think those are SGC specific and not the insurance company.

Yes, they are the SGC specific codes for the insurance companies. For eDirectGlass (when creating/submitting the invoice) we need to enter the SGC specific code for the insurance company. I'm probably not using the correct terminology for these codes, but I didn't know what else to call them.
I am almost positive I had a hard copy of the list somewhere, and thought I got it from either Delta Kits or eDirectGlass, but I have since misplaced the list (if indeed I ever had it).
