Other networks referral data does not migrate into edirect EDI shell the same way that lynx does. Since I now EDI right on SGC's site it is much easier than edirect with let data entry.
I also agree edirect is a great and economical way to handle in one spot all invoices and much more. Plus it is very user friendly. It is great for the novice and expert as well. I certainly am glad I went that route. That being said, since most networks will let you EDI on there sites, if you have through record keeping the need for EDI services is diminishing depending on your needs. As long as Lynx holds out I will use edirect. When they switch I will re-evaluate. I think I would rather spend my 19.95 a month with Delta Kits on supplies that make me money!

You have much more experience than I do actually filing claims through eDirectGlass and directly through the SGC site, so unless I hear differently from either eDirect or SGC I have no reason to disagree. All I have to go on these days is what I hear from customers.
Thanks for the input, I hope it helps aikorei and others that may have the same question.
