I'm new to this myself, so I probably can't give you tips on which kit/training is the best, but I CAN tell you that I think the Delta kits equipment I bought is great and the training in Eugene I went to in December was superb. I'm extremely pleased with my repairs overall, and I'm certain it has nothing to do with experience, which leads me to believe the equipment has something to do with it.
I think the guys at Delta are quality guys who know their stuff, and I'm entirely pleased with everything so far. (FYI, I purchased my kit at the training seminar on Dec. 14th, so it hasn't even been a month yet).
