I have never had to have a vehicle running to heat up or cool down glass. If it is cold take your time and use the correct resin for the repair. Use very little injector tip pressure. I use only Glas Weld injectors so you may have to adjust to what brand you use. If glass is to hot, I turn glass AWAY from Sun, SHADE IF PRESENT, and roll down all windows and open up all doors and in just a very few minutes glass is OK to work on.

Are you working on a curvature of glass? Seems TBalzers are basically a flat piece of glass for the most part. Are the breaks close to an edge?
