I know my expectations are higher than most, but that has allowed me to get and keep customers that others cannot get or keep.

I disagree with "if the job is done as well as it can be". Sorry.. But there is no "almost repaired". Or 'should be alright".. its either repaired or its not.. There is no middle ground and no excuses for accepting anything less. Its the "almost repaired" & "looks pretty good" guys that give the industry the black eye.. The "job" is not done until the repair is 100%.. Period.. 99% is just as bad as not having a repair performed. I've seen and heard the "its as good as I can get it guys". My thoughts on their statement is. "If you could not repair it 100%, you should have never touched it".. I personally do not settle for the best I could get it.. Its either right or its free.. I can not charge ethically if there is one ounce of doubt.. And I'd never tell a customer, well its better than it was.. I mean come on, a piece of duct tape over it makes it better than it was..
