If you want to start slow just buy a repair kit and training and you will find that is all you need. Vin is old hat over here and has very little market value.
The scratch removal market is not for cars the money here is in buildings etc.
Do not spend to much time thinking about it just get up and go, phone Delta today book the training and get your business going. I would have thought most of the succesful guys on this forum spent about 10 minutes making their mind up where to buy tools from and just got on with it.
