I agree 100% GlassStarz. But look, just because I made a post stating the general fact that many upper level positions at car dealers are occupied by guys with arrogant attitudes, I wasn't indicating anything to do with anyone including myself lacking confidence or not being able to deal with those types.
So when someone follows it up with a big ASSUMPTION that what I said was an indication of weakness, I'm going to set the record straight. Maybe some guys aren't able to deal with the arrogant, smug, difficult types but I have no problem with them. One of my biggest and most loyal accounts is with one of the meanest SOB's in my area! I got that account by being confident and not being intimidated or antagonzed. I've kept it by carrying myself with confidence and doing good work. I agree that everyone needs to get along here and stay on track but I just don't like it when someone makes assumptions in regard to someone elses charactor.
