If you read my first post in regard to most of them being pompus arses, I indicated that they "aren't worth the time to chit chat with". Maybe I need to explain that better in case someone doesn't understand. Once you acquire the business from those difficult types, don't waste their time with small talk and chit chat. They don't have the time and don't care. The ones with that type of attitude only want you there to do the work, so stick to the task at hand and don't concern yourself with being their friend. Those difficult ones can be more put off by you trying to talk to them and will appreciate you more if you just stick to business.
