With times being tough, I'm not in the position to kick back and chill. Time is money and I still have a family to provide for. Quality of life is important but without $$$ the quality of life suffers. I have increased profits in combination with taking the appropriate price increases and my customer base seems to have turned more upscale. My per invoice amounts have increased dramatically with the average being about $58. That includes all of my fleet rate business. I only do windshield repair so that's not a bad average considering that the area lowballer is doing $30 repairs. His loss I guess!
