When I set up with RLI they directed me to an underwriter that handles their policies in PA (Christian and Baker) to be exact. They then discussed with me my options based on my needs and sent me a application. My price for the highest liability coverage was $210.00. I could have elected for more property coverage but that increases the premium. It might be a different pricing structure in your part of the country. Can't help you there.
