Could some of you out there give me an easy way to keep track of the number of referals you send to a replacment company that you may be dealing with....
I tell about 30 to 40 people a month (lots on the phone) that they need to replace their windshields or they call asking for a replacement (I guess it's my name) so I give them the telephone number of the company I use and the contact person to ask for...
In return my replacement company gives me 10% of the total amount he says he replaces, which so far has only been two or three replacements a month. Don't you think that is a little low for the number I send to them each month?
So you can see I do need a better way to track my referals other then calling for the person myself which many times people call when I am right in the middle of doing my own work....
Any suggestions would be helpful..
