If you would, please be more specific with the details of this process. I have been trying to get local glass shops to participate in a referral percentage program. I have had no luck. I would like to try this method of sub-contracting the the whole job out.

1. What are the legalities?
2. Who gets paid by the customer?
3. Who gives the warranty?
