I usually call the replacement company and give them the customers munber and then they can set the job up, they get paid the cash or insurance money warranty the glass and work and I get 25.00. when I call them they put my name on the paper work so it's a job through me and then that way they know who it came from.

if you want try a three way call and then you can also keep track of lhow many are replaced, this way they can't slip out from paying you.
if you talk to them in person have a paper they can fill out and fax to the company with your name on it for the credit again the replacement company will be paid and you will get yours!
