Rightlook are resellers of other peoples products and also do training, search the web and look for companies selling paint touch up systems, PDR tools, Interior repair kits and windshield repair kit... you will find many sell the same products usually made by a handful of Original makers... Myself Id sooner buy direct from the maker if I know who they are, It cuts out a middle man and I feel you get better service, and real knowledge instead of second hand... As far as your Orange county / San Diego problem, It sounds like a bad deal, I suppose U.S. wanted your biz and figured they would make more money selling to you direct, if they had sent you to Rightlook you would be Rightlooks customer, They had you in the palm of their hand... I suppose I would think hard about this, it would give me a reason to pick another WSR company... If I felt ticked I wouldnt want to give them my money, It would be a bad start to a relationship...
