I do not give kick backs. In the UK it would be to expensive to do so as they would not be tax deductable, so if I gave someone £10.00 on a £45.00 job it would cost me another £4.00 in tax at the end of the year.

If anyone gives kickbacks they should check with the highest level of management that it is alright to do so.

I have many times been asked to add a few jobs to the invoice and give them a drink/tip/kickback or whatever I have never been tempted by this as I see it as fraud and corruption it has taken many years to build a good name I do not want to lose it for the sake of a couple of jobs.

Just my thoughts and everyone is entitled to their own on this subject.
