When do you tell your customer they need a new w/s? Only 5 breaks on a w/s? The question is when do you tell a customer that they would be better off with a new w/s? 5 breaks 10 breaks or when you can't sell them on any more repairs? Or do most of you just milk it for the money?
Are you really concerned about your customers and their safety? Nothing better than a windshield with multiple repairs and that looks like a shower door. Oh yeah I forgot we are saving the environment by not replacing a glass. When do you say replace?
