I say replace when it is in the best interest of the customer to replace. Their are many variables that are used to make that decision but basically what it comes down to is can I repair this windshield in such a way that 1) It is as safe as a replacement would be 2) will this customer be happy with the results. I currently have five repairs on the windshield of my Chevy Tahoe. If I gave you half an hour I bet you couldn't find them all. If you are ONCE AGAIN trying to put down the repair industry in favor of replacement. You are barking up the wrong tree.
