reminder thank you cards
Are any of you sending out reminder cards to remind your headlight customers to polish their lights every few months?
I am sending out thank you cards the remind my customers after 30 days for the first coating and at the same time plug my Glass repair Business on the top inside of the thank you card with B-cards also. I would like to see what feed back I get form this. I even said I will come around to polish their lights for the first coating to show them how I would like them done if they do not have to time. I am showing them that I have an intrest in their lights even after they are done. That may remind them to tell their freinds.

This sounds like a great idea. I send hand written thank you's to all of my customers. I get a few referrals from this but mainly works as tool to help make sure they remember our company and will call us next time. Let us know how it works with to headlight restoration.
