Here is a sample INVOICE you can use. It is in WORD format and is totally user friendly

Hi
I could not open the link with the open office program could u pls make it in office 2003 so we can use it easily thanksssss
also I met the BAR representative and he gave me a sample of the invoice as well he said u should have estimate first then after work u make the invoice.

so kindly advice
