processing insurance claims

Post by everest_4 »

Are any of you on here using A.C.T or eDirectGlass to process your insurance claims? Which company do you use and why?
Or is it simply better and more money in our pocket if we sign up the insurance networks and do all the insurance paper work ourselves?
Please advise, as I really need to be educated when it comes to all this stuff.

We haved used edirectglass.com yet found alot of the things on there were useless to us as we already have a service software through Service CEO!
We have decided to go with A.C.T.... Personally I like simplicity! A.C.T. is just that!
I would advise on a professional level and as being in business for many years now, You should do paperwork regardless if your using a EDI service or not! Having paperwork on file and PHOTOS!(before & after) is just plain 'ol GOOD BUSINESS Practice!
Quite frankly, you have to ask yourself this question!

Do I want to be Inconvenienced to deliver convenience or
Do I want to be conveniented to deliver Inconvenience

Basically to me this says "Im going to take care of all paperwork, Insurance ect, rather the customer or Im going to let the customer take care of all the paperwork, Insurance ect. rather than me"
Either way you choose, stay on top of it all! I will say this.

Consumers are looking for "Simplicity" as well.

I use ACT and of course I wish it was a little cheaper but they have a good service.
