I couldn't be the only one out there that's ever experienced a shiny, solid circle around their bullseye repair. Is it the lament?
Resin? curing ? What?
I did a repair today that was perfect except for this clear, shiny circle about the size of the seal (Delta equipment). You can hardly see it from the outside but can see it clearly from the inside.
I bought a piece of practice glass and did two repairs trying to replicate this condition but couldn't. I've experienced this on new and old vehicles.
need some help on this one
thank
Roger

Re: Advice on repair delema
It sounds like water, or a soap film is in the break area. Make sure the break area is completely dry prior to repairing.
re: shiney circle problems
Sounds like the flower effect OR...the resin didn't reach all the way to the end of the bullseye
