Telephone Lists

I'm gonna start doing some cold calling and wondering if there is an easier way of getting a list of phone numbers in my area without having to scroll through the phonebook?

Anybody know of way of just getting a list that you can print out or something?

I mainly deal with fleet accounts, however I also have a sealcoating buisness which I do look up phone numbers. If you know of a section of town you may want to target, nice neighborhoods with high end cars. Get the street name and look it up on yellow pages .com, that should give you names addresses and phone numbers. Hope that helps verses just going yellow pages starting in the A's and calling people all around town, because focusing on customer that are willing to keep there property perfect is very helpful.
