Crack on inside of glass

I have never fixed a crack on the inside of the glass. I am assuming it can be done but by hand. He hit a pot-hole, had his 'Vape' on the dash and it bounced up and put a crack on the interior side. Any advice?

Never have been able to repair a crack on the inside layer of glass, and would not recommend trying. Everything is upside down, you do not want to drip resin on the dash of the car, acid in the resin will do considerable damage, also would have to cure from the inside because the UV laminate will not allow you to cure the inside layer from the outside.
