In a similar situation, today I went to a bank building(In a parking garage thankfully),went there to do one repair. While doing it a lady approached me asking about doing hers I went through the spill, got the lynx approval and did that job too. After I had been gone about 30 minutes my cell rang and it was a Lynx rep with another customer on the line. She said there was a tech onsite where she worked already and wanted to do hers while he was there, although I had actually already left. She had seen my truck sign and immediately called her agent, and he put her in touch with lynx. She gave Lynx my name & number and within two hours I had made $170 bucks in the parking garage while it was storming outside.
You know guys, the great thing about this business is it builds momentum on its own. June was my best month ever. I am now making more money than I was at my last job. Far less hours invested, no boss, no employees and I can do what I want, when I want. The work shows up every week. I find some and some finds me. I discretely exploit every opportunity to let people know what I do and now it is as easy as it was 6 months ago- now doing 3 times as much work. The given though is the volume of stone damage in your area. I saw an article in the Dallas Morning News about how bad the job market has been since 2001 and who is sufffering. I am averaging $70 per hour when I am working. I credit all those on this board who have given their 2 cents bettering this industry and Delta for administrating it. Everytime I see a new car go down the road its just money in the bank and my delta injector is the ATM card.
