Sample contract for business..

Hey guys,

I am planning to do business through a car wash and have even selected a couple locations where I will give it a shot.
Assuming some fellow "rockip repairmen" here work out of a carwash or similar business, I was wondering if anyone might have a sample contract or know of somewhere I can find one? Would appreciate any help on this subject! My repair kit is on its was as of 2 minutes ago:)
