Hi all -

Here is my process for HLR, using Infinity as the UV protectant.

If you're thinking of starting a HLR business, these are the results you can expect to achieve...

Sanding Pics:

400 Grit (Notice the TINY 3" Lithium-Ion sander/polisher, just a bit bigger than the sunglasses and no more leads!):

Thats what the majority of mine look like. I am not too sure about using a drill. If I can find an orbital that has a btry pack I would use it. How expensive is the one shown in the photo? There are times I could use a Btry sander if its powerfull enough. The headlights look really good (WOW). The very first time I did a HLR I had that same result. I was so nervous. The owner looked at the lens prior to using the C2P and he was a little upset. After I applied the UV it was an instant success. I dont regret buying the HLR kit. It also paid for the WSR kit and trip across country to Oregon as wel,l within the first 6 months. Can you post some information on that drill.

Hi Candyman,

It's not a drill buddy - it's a heavy duty polisher/sander, although it IS rotary.

I love it!

You can also buy a 3" sander with rechargeable batteries too, not the same brand as Delta Kits- they are available in heaps of places - this is what they look like:
