Has anyone had any EDI's sent with GlassComp? Any info you can post pros or cons. I am currently with Mainstreet but due to the low volume of insurance jobs I do it is really not worth the $220.00 yearly fee plus $1.45 per invoice. GlassComp says they only charge $2.25 per EDI. Any hidden charges?
Thanks,
Eddie

Hi Eddie,
Like you, we only bill a handful of LYNX claims each month. We've used GlassComp for over 5 years and have never had an EDI messed up!
I believe you would find them a more cost efficient method of sending EDI claims on a limited monthly volume.

Re: GlassComp
I have used Data Tranz for the past year for Lynx invoices. They seem to be efficient, I have had very few problems. I submit 15-20 Lynx invoices a week. They charge $2.00 per invoice for Lynx. It's more for Safelite invoices, but you can submit directly to Safelite on their website, at no charge. I check status of invoices on Lynx and Safelite websites daily. If rejected for any reason, You can correct and resubmit on Data Tranz website.
