We verbally explain the windshield repair process, the benefits of windshield repair, and we set the expectation. Afterwards, we ask the customer to sign-off that they have been instructed as to the expectations; warranties and disclaimers involved with windshield repair and understand the policies regarding these matters. Signing below indicates that you have read and agree to the terms set herein.

I have emailed a copy of it to you.
Hey Kgobin could I receive a copy of this too. Thanks in advance.

Hello Everyone,

I am new to the business as well. I am looking for the Disclaimer or Waiver for as well as an invoice template. Anyone that can pass along it would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Corey Brenner

I've never had anyone sign a disclaimer in 30 years of doing 'repair only'! For anyone new in the business, however, it certainly is not a bad idea, as it can prevent a lot of grief down the line. I must say that it helped that I started doing repairs in Cape Town , South Africa, where folks just don't seem to complain about anything.
