I am placing an order and I see that there is a considerable charge for the UPS 3 day shipping. What is the free upgrade to UPS 3 day shipping? Also, I don't actually have to have the order so quickly as I do still have supplies. How long is the normal delivery time on regular mail?

Orders ship UPS ground, so you will be charged the UPS ground rate but we will upgrade the shipping method to 3-day for free (shipping to SC takes 5 business days).

Hmmmm. I am seeing a lower UPS ground rate so I am not sure what the deal is on the shipping..
