I read a good post today and now it has been removed from the board. Is Delta Kits BIASED? Seems Delta doesn't want all post replied to. We all are a little biased as to what brand tools/resins we use. Keep all posts and maybe we all can learn from them. I have seen post made bashing other brands other than Delta and yet they are allowed to remain here for all to see and read and reply to.Maybe Delta didn't want their main man bashed as he sure gives a lot of advise for just starting his business.Let's just be fair to all and to all brands.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/mad.gif ALT=">:">

"Windshields",

As most people here already know, this forum is NOT a place to bash other members. Any attacks on other members will be deleted, EVERY TIME.

As far as brand bashing, there are people on these boards that have recommended products other than Delta Kits, and we have left those posts. When a tech posts a product that he likes or dislikes, regardless of which manufacturer, it is left if it is constructive and not just a "Brand X is horrible" post.

For those of you that did not see the deleted post, this post was a personal attack on a member of this forum, and not a product comment. As previously stated, this type of post is detrimental to the integrity of the forum, is not productive to the windshield repair industry, and will not be allowed in this forum.

Chprfixr,

As stated, it was a personal attack on a member of the forum. It had absolutely nothing to do with products or suppliers.

I'm sure most people would agree that personal attacks have no place on a forum to get advice or to post questions.

I do agree that any ATTACKS be it personal or business do not belong on the forum. As you know i have posted my opinion on things that were not to my liking, but i dont consider them attacks. Just the facts. Some may like it some may not but what ever i post will always be truthful and not inflated.
thanks chprfixr<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/glasses.gif ALT="8)">

Chprfixr,

This was an attack on me. I did not get an opportunity to read it, but it was given away by reading between the lines in this post.

I welcome the opportunity to turn negativity into a positive and constructive view, while maintaining dignity and respect for that individual. I would never compromise my character by partaking in non productive posting.

You should, as I will, and we all should, continue to post fair and truthful information.

Pay it foward,

Brian

Default bashing

Good job Jeff. I agree with you. We should leave the personal bashing to the professional mudslingers. (Politicians) I appreciate the suggestions of those in the windshield repair business, both old and new to the business. If a man is willing to share what he knows to help me, I am grateful.
