I am adding glass repair to an existing mobile automobile service business (Paintless Dent Removal) in San Diego,Ca.
I have opened an account with GlassComp thanx to the advice given on this forum. Some help on how the whole process works would be a lot of help. How do I get a repair preapproved so I can process it with GlassComp? (I would prefer not to join Lynx if possible.) Ideally, the customer would need to only provide their insurance policy number and I'd do the rest. Seems that almost all my PDR customers are busy working and to have them call and get approval might be difficult. Any advice would be helpful.
