why do i get a dull spot after clean up after pit fill?
the cracks are gone.just this little tell tale spot. thanks in advance </p> |

If the dull spot you are talking about is the pit filler, it is the result of not polishing, improper polishing, or believe it or not... over-polishing. It could also be the pit polish you are using... those not formulated for windshield repair may contain products that can etch the pit filler instead of producing the finish you desire.
