I have not posted in a couple months.......been reeeaaaallll busy.

As you may remember I hired A tech. to handle glass replacement while I continued repairs.....I am mobile only and have set up a small office from my home............The GREAT news is......in 3.5 months I have billed out $68k and in the month of July only I billed out $22k.

I am so happy I just had to share

Congrats on having a thriving business. I would only ask that you do one thing so as the "newbies" or "contemplaters" understand exactly what it is that you posted..
You stated that you "billed" out $68k for the last 3½ months.. This I do not doubt as it is more than possible. However, please break it down as to the Repair$ vs Replacements$ billed for.. I am not slamming your success, but would hope that anyone reading these forums doesn't get the idea that you did $22,000. worth of repairs last month.. Even at $50 a shot, you are talking 4400 stone shots during a 30 day period..Which is not impossible, but at that pace you'll be dead in a years time.. I understand that you "billed" 22k last month (the average cost of a windshield is $200... The average "billable" charge is $390).. and that is called doing great business.. Good luck..
