Sprinter,
1.Customers Name & Address. 2.Insurance Info: Policy#, Agent Name Etc... 3.Vehicle Info: Make, Model, Year, Vin# Etc... 4.Network Info: Agent, Auth.#, Etc... 5.Waiver & Warranty. 6. Date of loss 7.Anything else that you might want to add to make it unique to your shop. Note: The more usefull information you supply them with, the less likely they are to send your invoice back for rebilling. Most insurance companies will pay for rock chip repair under the comprehensive portion of the individuals policy. I repeat most. I hear that some of the smaller companies might not or if your customer is on assigned risk due to poor driving performance. Then they might not extend free repairs to them. I have not had to deal with any of these companies yet though. Hope that helps. Pay it foward, Brian info@safeglasstechnologies.com www.safeglasstechnologies.com</p> |
