Clay507,

Welcome clay. Check out the post on page 1 titled "What Information Do You Need?" and page 2 post titled "Disclaimers". This should point you in the right direction. You can plug in your ideas to make it unique to your company. I hope this gets you rolling. If not, just post. Good luck to you.

Thanks for you input I am re-doing my invoice... but what I need is some type of disclaimer to protect myself... do you have any suggestions?

Here is mine.

Disclaimer: During the repair process, I understand that additional damage may occur. This problem is very rare and in the unlikely event that it cannot be repaired to my satisfaction, there will be no charge for the service. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for payment of services if it is determined that I do not have comprehensive auto insurance coverage. Signing below indicates that I have read and agree.
