Just wanted to give a little feedback regarding this forum. I am a manager of a primarily replacement company in Wisconsin (we do maybe 10 chip repairs a week, no crack repairs). I am very impressed with how you people exchange information, tips, marketing, and everything inbetween with one another. The glass replacement forums are terrible when it comes to sharing, the few people that even use them anyways, but I think it's great the way you all interact and help each other. Keep up the good work.

NOT JUST ON THE FORUM ITSELF,, I just got back from a short 5 1/2 hour drive to visit with MAFSU for the day, Not only did he allow me to pick his brain, he let me do a repair on a vehical using the techniques he was showing me,

Having an 8 year vetran (and a super nice guy) show me things that would have taken months if not years to figure out how to do properly is the nicest, most unselfish, and profound incident I have ever experienced in my professional carrer over the last 20 years.

I hope I can pay it forward to another some day!

Chris
THANK YOU SO MUCH =D> You deserve a hand.

RSmith, I argee with you totally. I also trained with MAFSU. He is one of the best. Since I have trained with him I have landed an account with the trucking company I work for. I could not even put a price on the information and training he shared with me.

Yes windshield repair men certainly do help each other . On monday I spent the day with Screenman. Well worth while. His Repairs certainly are good. His time spent with me is appreciated.
I would strong recomend that if anyone has the opportunity to go on the road with an experienced repairman I certainly recommend it. Remember that you also learn from mistakes & poor standards of repair ( not that Screenman can be associated with poor quality repairs).
Now I have been out with another repairman & I must say his overall standard of repair was not as good as Screenman`s.
