Any milestones along the way?
:?: I was wondering if Delta would stand behind a used kit bought from a second party? Service and support? Training manuals, ect.?

Deputy,
We do provide technical support and warranties for all our products, not just to the original owner. Regarding manuals, resupply, etc., we do sell all items separately, so when you get your used kit, give us a call and we can walk you through some of the things to watch out for, and see if you're missing anything. In the last six months, we have had 3 people who bought on Ebay have problems with the resin. Two of them had empty bottles, and one had contaminated resin. You can get decent deals on Ebay, but I highly recommend replacing the resins if the kits have been used at all.

Where are you a deputy? I was a deputy in Travis County, Austin, Texas for 10 years. I have worked on again and off again as a reserve ever since. By the way I just noticed I out bid you on a delta kit. If I knew it had been another board member I probably would have been a little easier on my bidding. Especially since we are both newbies.

8) I work for the Big Horn County Sheriff's office in Wyoming. I am getting into this as the wages of a deputy are not as good as I would like. I do love the job, but I need to think of my family. As for outbidding me that is alright. I will keep trying. Thanks for the reply.

Just to let you know, we do offer used equipment directly when available...It is pretty hit and miss though.
Right now we have 1 kit, and it's an EZK-121 for 20% off, virtually brand new, used only as a display.
