picture it....Vehicle in the sun,injector over star,inert resin,pressure fill for 45 seconds,vac for 20 seconds,remove injector,pit fill,drill hole at end of crack,(no bulls eye)install injector,add resin,pressure fill for 2 min.remove injector,add pit resin cover w/mylar 30 sec.srape w/s.when asked why all crack didn't go away,"it will after awhile,it takes 30 days for it to dry".
I wonder whaat video he watched.

I will assume we're talking about 5 minute. Being affiliated with them I can add a little more input.
1) I was trained in pouring rain and hail.
2) the employees get three days hands on in the field training and then they're left to do "quality" repairs.
---paperwork says "expertly trained technicians"
3) they have extremely high turnover. Why worry about quality when you're going to get that $8 an hour wage good or bad.
Just my 2 cents.
