It really shouldnt be any harder because your new .because the customer only knows if you tell them. If you seem confident and to know what your doing the problem doesnt come up.

I wanted to take a moment and thank EVERYONE for their suggestions, and words of wisdom and advice, but most importantly let you know how much I value the fact that each of you has taken your most precious commodity in life which is TIME, to help out literally total strangers. 8) 8)

This forum has a wonderful group of professionals, and I know for a fact, at least for me, that you guys/gals are what help keep me going and inspired when things look a bit rocky.

That is one of the primary reasons that I got into this business, because of this forum. I have tried other types of businesses, but never had a support group to back me up or to go to for answers or solutions. I applaud every one of you for having the compassion to reach out and help. THANKS,
