I would appreciate it if someone would fax me an invoice they use for windshield repair. I am just getting into the business and am trying to get some ideas for an invoice.
Thanks, Stan Fax 1 517 423-3911 |

All forms are going to evolve as the business grows. My first invoice was a copy of the print shop's with my logo at the top. One thing highly recommended though is putting a rectangle on the invoice where you can identify locations of fixed chips. I have it now on mine and it is invaluable. I have not had a customer looking for me to warrantee someone elses work and I am am very fortunate. Its only a matter of time before someone gets who did what confused and hopes the best shop in town will solve their problems.
